4.2 Middle School Observation

For the second half of my time while being down at the middle school so far while observing Mrs. Baxter's 5th grade Literacy class, When I first get into her class room her students are already gone to their special class that they have for the day for example, music or P.E. I like how smoothly her class is run and how it's such a respectful environment. Her students feel comfortable asking her for help when needed and they enjoy answering questions/participating in anything that is asked of them. I like how well her classroom is neat, organized, well put together, easy for her students to know ...
