3.1 Elementary Observation
In my second period class "Intro to Education" we had a wonderful opportunity to go observe classes from the Elementary two different times with two different teachers. My two teachers that I got the opportunity to go watch were Mrs. Dale's Kindergarten class and Mrs. Young's third grade class. My perspective as a Junior in High School I was excited to see how teachers taught younger students and what all there was still to learn! Elementary school one: Mrs. Dale-Kindergarten As I walked into her classroom Mrs. Dale had a visitor there with her kids doing a small shape coloring activity with Mrs. Henley. What caught my attention was how all the kids were well behaved for how young they are while respectfully following the directions given by Mrs. Henley and how nice all the kids were to others around them including myself.
